The Development Office would like to encourage all of their alumnae to become involved in the reunion planning process. Reunions at Archbishop Blenk are usually held on a five year cycle.
A representative must come forward from each class during your reunion year. If you would like to become involved in the planning of your reunion, you are encouraged to contact Jamie Burmaster at 504-367-2626 ext 122.
Reps from the Class will be responsible for the following:
Secure a venue for the event
Determine ticket price (price must be inclusive of venue, invitations, postage, and any other related items)
Design and print invitations
Arrange for someone to work the registration table on the night of the event
Arrange for DJ if desired
Arrange for Photographer if desired
